Welcome to our website, 

Foxhound welfare UK  is a small non profit breed specific rescue, we specialise in foxhounds and their scent hound cousins,

It's a breed many have heard about but few truly succeed in to

  aid and help, where possible, in educating, training and re-homing for Foxhounds and owners.

All hounds that are re-homed from us are all Neutered , mirco-chipped and up to date with vaccines.

With the increasing numbers since 2020,

we have had to rent a kennel block to help with the intake of hounds needing our help, and from May 2022 we have a block of 20 kennels, 

Which is now full,

PLEASE NOTE I HAVE HAD TO CLOSE OUR DOORS from Oct 2023,

PLEASE BE AWARE WE ARE A NATIONAL BREED RESCUE , HOWEVER WE ARE BASED IN NORTH EAST ENGLAND just out side Newcastle,

WE HAVE RE-HOMED HOUNDS FROM DEVON TO ABERDEEN  AND HAVE EVEN RE-HOMED SOME OF OUR HOUNDS TO GERMANY 

WHEN PASSIONATE ABOUT A RESCUE NO DISTANCE IS TOO FAR.
